Terms governing text messaging communications between BlevDev LLC and its vendors, partners, and contacts.
These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern text messaging ("SMS") communications between BlevDev LLC ("BlevDev," "we," "us," or "our") and its vendors, business partners, and other contacts ("you," "recipient") who have provided consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in to receive SMS messages from BlevDev, you agree to these Terms.
BlevDev's SMS messaging is used solely for business-to-business operational communication with existing vendors, partners, and contacts with whom we have an established working relationship. Examples of messages you may receive include:
BlevDev does not use SMS for advertising, marketing, promotions, or sales solicitations of any kind, and messages are not sent using an automated marketing platform or CRM broadcast system.
Consent to receive SMS messages from BlevDev is obtained verbally, directly from the recipient, at the start of or during the course of an existing business relationship. By agreeing verbally to receive messages, you consent to receive text messages from BlevDev representatives at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or business arrangement.
Message frequency varies and is based on the nature and pace of the business relationship. There is no fixed schedule or recurring campaign — messages are sent as operationally needed.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BlevDev is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages from BlevDev at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by notifying the BlevDev representative you are communicating with directly, or by contacting us using the information in Section 9.

SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. and Philippine wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and reliability may vary by carrier, plan, and location.
Your phone number and any information shared through SMS communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS messaging is provided as a convenience and is not a guaranteed or secure means of communication. BlevDev is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages resulting from carrier issues, network outages, or incorrect contact information provided by the recipient.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
